Implementing a strength & conditioning culture in schools

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Creating a system of training in high schools is more than a template of sets and reps, it is a school wide program of movements to train kids in a progressive manner.  By incorporating various phases of training you will be able to progress students and athletes based on these movements and techniques rather than just “lifts” and programs.
