How to help others improve and "perfect" skills from those with extremely low to the highly skilled/elite.  Videos, quizzes and lessons created around the video series on the NBC science of Football in which NFL legends (along with high tech cameras) to capture key moments of instruction or perfection introduce cues for skill development and cognitive awareness in task completion. Videos from gold medal squared skill instruction (physics of improving volleyball) and ESPN's sport science series (LeBron James' Court Excellence to the Quickness of Kyrie Irving)will also be discussed time permitting.
