Participants will be engaged in a cardio fitness class that incorporates international rhythms and movements. All steps will have modifications and various intensities to fit all participants needs.
Easy to teach social dances including line and partner dances. This workshop will bridge the gap between old fashioned and new, Guaranteed to get the students to participate with respect and enthusiasm. The dances are simple but dance ettiquette and improved social skills will also be explored.

In this workshop particpants can experience a dance class taught through videoconferencing methods. The teacher will be on site and will be able to answer any questions about how best to utilize teaching long distance. The class will include interactive activities that demonstrate how this method works in a variety of settings
